At Globe-Trotter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't perfect, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
